Love that it's so close to downtown where shops and restaurants are located. Will never get bored! Also, its proximity to my work makes it the perfect choice. Staff members are nice, maintenance is prompt in resolving issues.

Overall I have enjoyed living here @ Colesville Towers. The staff are friendly & professional. The building is clean. I love my apartment, a 1 bedroom. It is very spacious & has 3 huge closets!! I enjoy living right in downtown Silver Spring! It is convenient to many stores & the library.

Great downtown silver spring location. Very walkable neighborhood and walking distance to metro, shopping and restaurants. Bus stop is directly in front of the building as well. Building has great amenities and friendly staff.

I really like the downtown Silver Spring. Whole Foods, Pharmacy, shopping center, restaurants, dog park and parks are all within walking distance to the apartment and overall is a great place to live.

Moved in September 2022. Since then I've felt very comfortable. Very friendly neighbors and no loud noise. Maintenance is on point with any sudden concerns. Access to public transportation wherever. So far so good.

Colesville Towers is in an excellent location. The building is nice and clean. The management/leasing team was friendly and helpful. The views are spectacular and their veryreasonably priced for this location. The unit that I viewed was very large, and the building and community amenities seem great. Their fitness center is open 24 hours which is very convenient.
